MSC Cruises, the largest privately-owned cruise line, debuted its highly-anticipated MSC Seaside in partnership with VIVA Creative. This grand naming ceremony and ribbon-cutting required innovative staging, creative production, and flawless execution.

VIVA worked closely with MSC to craft an event that embodied the innovative and luxurious essence of MSC Seaside while honoring maritime traditions. Drawing inspiration from the ship’s Miami-style architecture, the event featured vibrant, modern elements reflective of Miami culture. Key moments included a blue carpet experience promoting star-studded interactions and shareable social media highlights.

The evening’s entertainment was a captivating mix of performances by Andrea Bocelli with the Voices of Haiti, Grammy-winning artist Ricky Martin, and host Mario Lopez. NFL legend Dan Marino reinforced MSC Cruises’ South Florida ties, and Sophia Loren’s christened the ship. The celebration extended globally through international livestreaming, showcasing MSC's philanthropic partnership with the Bocelli Foundation to support children in Haiti.
