Since 2015, through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Cushman & Wakefield and VIVA have partnered on a multitude of content, events, and branded projects. VIVA has created video collateral for events such as the Race for Hope and the Art of CREation, produced activations for The State of Real Estate and CW Symposium, and developed digital activations in VR and online. Some of our favorite work has been the development of strategy and events to continuously inspire, collaborate, network, and promote interactivity in their workplace.
Cushman & Wakefield was searching for a way to help potential lessees visualize an office in their expansive new building before the completion of construction. VIVA created a custom-360-degree VR experience where users/future tenants navigated the space both inside and outside of the building. VIVA created a realistic view of the entire environment, which significantly boosted sales for a property.Â
