Interactive display at Policy Conference
Sheba Medical Center participated in the annual AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington, DC. Thousands of delegates from all over North America experienced Sheba’s impressive activation, which highlighted the ARC Digital Innovation Center and a mobile field hospital, where members of the humanitarian medical team performed live emergency demonstrations.
The immersive experience invited attendees to virtually step into the world of cutting-edge medical research and practice, a testament to Sheba's unyielding pursuit of excellence in patient care, research, and education.

The Power of Personalization
The centerpiece of Sheba Medical Center's interactive exhibit was its ability to personalize the experience for each visitor. Through a combination of AI and user input, the exhibit tailored its content to the interests and knowledge level of the attendee, creating a one-on-one learning environment that made even the most complex medical concepts accessible.
Expert Multi-Location Production
Our live events team managed a series of live surgical demonstrations that captivated audiences, performed by Sheba's Field Hospital Unit. Our production teams also brough in Dr. Eyal Zimlichman, who founded ARC, as a prominent speaker at the Opening Ceremony.
Digital Design & Content Creation
VIVA created eight Augmented Reality experiences featuring Sheba's ARC center, and an 80-inch touchscreen map of the campus. Our animators created content for a 20-foot, 360-degree LED screen, and produced a film highlighting the incredible work of Sheba's Disaster Response team.
