Fan-Focused Virtual Pit Parties
The NASCAR Hospitality Hub provided fans with the best way to intimately participate in the exhilaration and excitement of race day. For each race, participants were invited into this private platform to explore, engage, and interact with other fans in small groups via “Pit Parties,” giving them the ability to cheer on their favorite drivers and teams.Â
VIVA strategically designed, sourced, and built this total fan platform – integrating live stream and on-demand video, trivia and polling, community chat, and an interactive social wall. The aim was to digitally surround fans and positively overwhelm them with possibility through an enhanced community experience. Further, we included email integration and personalization that enabled the NASCAR Hospitality team to seamlessly communicate and track engagement within the platform.
