The Mary Kay Leadership Conference is a much-anticipated in-person experience for their nationwide sales force. Each summer, 40,000+ team members from around the world arrive in Dallas, TX for this three-day extravaganza to network, learn, and be recognized for their hard work and commitment. With high registration demand, attendees enjoyed the experience in four waves.

VIVA's design team, known for creativity and innovation, developed an avant-garde Broadway staging concept with exciting changes year-after-year to surprise and delight the audience. We designed vibrant LED walls, thrusts, and columns—transforming these surfaces into electric moving canvases for stunning graphics and animations. We designed majestic custom props for show-stopping action, including bejeweled thrones and a one-of-a-kind motorized, illuminated "halo" of light for dramatic center-stage moments. Also, we invented uniquely custom satellite stages and specially designed lighting and visual effects to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

Our in-house production teams created videos, motion graphics, presentations, and custom stage shows with original music, dance, and special effects.

Most important of all, we created magical, life-changing moments. We're so proud of the industry-firsts we achieved in eight larger-than-life shows featuring aerialists, acrobats, dancers, vocalists, and specialty performers.
