DAIICHI SANKYO NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Uniting Event Development with Dual Objectives
A trusted partner since 2016, VIVA and Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. have a successful and vibrant history across a portfolio of events.
When DSI sought to celebrate their partnership with Merck, they turned to VIVA for event design, creative, and production expertise around two distinct meetings with two unique objectives.
The first was a joint meeting celebrating the partnership between DSI and Merck, which emphasized support for their collaboration going forward. The second was a DSI-exclusive meeting that convened the DSI sales team in order to align objectives and prepare for the upcoming year.

Highlights

DSI/Merck Joint Meeting
VIVA conceptualized the theme "United for Patients" and integrated it throughout the meeting, including video, thematic motion graphics, and support for executive presentations. VIVA also designed and constructed a striking general session stage featuring a prominent LED wall with a circular cutout accenting another LED behind it with persistent branding. Presenters entered through this focal point to dramatic effect. VIVA's expert stage production crew provided support during rehearsals and the event, and orchestrated a flawless show.

DSI-Exclusive Meeting
While producing the event, VIVA designed a cohesive approach to pulling the event theme through all elements, including motion graphics, videos, presenter remarks, screen designs, and more. Support extended to executive presentations, general session management, and individualized mini-general session stages for each sales team. VIVA also designed and produced a branded recognition program, including a captivating destination reveal video, screen graphics (and even an awesome disco ball in the center screen)!

Creative Surprise & Delight Moments
To perform during the reception, dinner, and award ceremonies, VIVA's design included live music, headlined by a member of Earth, Wind, and Fire to build audience anticipation and excitement. Leaning into a Caribbean theme for the after-party, a steel drum band supported a dimensional photo op where guests could pose with their teams, showing how they were,"United for Patients."
"DSI's culture metrics have improved across every tracking point over the last three years. It feels great to know that the meetings we've produced together over the last three years have definitely played a role in achieving these objectives."
